Policies:
o The nightly rates are based on double occupancy (per couple)
o Check-in times: weekdays between 3 – 7pm, Fridays and before Jewish holidays between 1 – 3pm, Saturdays and after Jewish holidays 3 hours after sunset
o Check-out times: weekdays up to 11am, Fridays and before Jewish holidays up to 10 am, Saturdays and after Jewish holidays directly after Havdalah
o Check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on circumstance; however there is an 100 NIS late fee after 10pm
o Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT
o Cancellation policy: If cancelled or modified up to 5 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged; if cancelled or modified after or in case of no-show, than the total price will be charged
o No smoking
o No pets
o Please check your room carefully when leaving; we are pleased to send you items left behind for a service fee of 100 NIS, $25 plus shipping

* Please note that we only use Mehadrin ingredients and we check all of our grains, eggs, fruits & vegetables. We do not have Rabbinic oversight, however we keep a Mehadrin kitchen and we are Shomer Shabbat/Mitzvot.
